Windows Media Player Error Message Help
You’ve encountered an error message C00D10D1 while using Windows Media Player. The following information might help you troubleshoot the issue.
Codec is missing
Windows Media Player cannot play the file (or cannot play either the audio or video portion of the file) because the NTCSoft ALF2CD ACM (1FC4) codec is not installed on your computer.
The video works fine an ALL recordings but there is NO SOUND.
I’ve lost the sound after an re-installing XP and don’t know what to to.
All files are recorded with an early version of
Techsmith Camtasia Studio, I’ve contacted them but just got auto-replies.
Don’t want to throw 100+ hours of work away, please help.
