The kid I said that dad was geting shot in Iraq said he was going to fight me in the bathroom after school and he thought i wasent going to show up so he walked into the bathroom and got shocked because I was there. Then he starts geting scared and was like “Hey man i was just kiding lets not fight” and “I will stop buging you” and was basicly about to have a heart attack but I just said Ok and we left. Hes just a pussy who cant backup anyhting he says and wimps out of fights.

ya. as far as i can tell, if they threw the first punch, you can do whatever you want and then sue them after your done beating the shit out of them. call it self defense, and say they assaulted you. make sure to get witnesses, and video is always good.

if some kid wanted to fight me, i would show up. then they would sit there wonedering what the diddly damn they were thinking when they wanted to get in a fight with me. then i would kick there ass, walk away, and enjoy a 3-5 day break off of school.

At my school, if some kid attacks you or even wants to seriously hurt or even kill you, if you fight back to protect yourself you get sent to jail.

at my school(I go to one were the wetbacks are the majority and black and whites are the minority but rich) Fights are a everyday thing everyone is in a fight at least 2 times a year.
