Idiots guide to Bin Files

I just downloaded a movie and it was in a rar. I then downloaded winRar and extracted the 2 Bin files. What do i need to do in order to watch this movie? Please...keep the jargon simple as i am a beginner...thanks

either burn cd image to cd with cue(lame if u just want to watch it)or winiso to extract.You may also need divx 5.1.1 codec,xvid codec and ac3 decoder(software 5.1 Dolby surround decoder) and AC3 Filter for windows media player.

AC3 Filter - find from somewhere
