downloading

i dont know if im the only one having this problem but everytime i try to download a song (using k lite) the song comes out scratched...and it seems that all the songs i choose are like that

i have no idea what to do
i use mp3 shield but that only tells me that im downloading a corrupt song
but what do i do if they are all corrupt?
and somebody give me a solution?
