- DivX codec being used to decode is outdated.
- File is corrupted
- Something from a codec pack, like Nimo, perhaps installed incorrectly
First identify what codecs the file was encoded with (use the following for this - http://www.headbands.com/gspot/gspot221.exe)
Scan one of the trouble files using this method:
