MP2 archived video UNKNOWN FILE?

I have some old home videos I archived using an ATI Radeon 64mb DDR Video In/Video Out card. The files are MP2’s. I’ve tried using the multimedia software from ATI and Windows Media player. Neither will play this file.

Can anyone offer some help?
