The magic wand tool selects parts of a picture that are similar (in terms of color) for an advanced copy and paste.
The “marquee” tools are like that, but you select an entire part of a picture.

I can moce the outline around, but noe the actual object i selected.
But i have figured out the blur thing and the selection that let me switch the pic to those other variations, like pencil drawing or pixle shading. | |
