mc kenna Guest | I have my creative zen a while now and one morning i turned it on to see “firmware problem” on the screen then it went on to recovery mode. I cant play any of my songs. Help Me??????

rookie Guest | format your mp3 using your computer..thats all ,
then copy your song in your mp4 or folder name AUDIO etc.
