Hi my minmi mp4 will not fully charge, has any1 heard of this make? can any1 advise me what to do, plz, plz its a life and death situation!

HAi. Mine also happen this kind of situation. How bout try to upgrade your firmware. Or contact the dealer.

hi i also face the same problem. then i call the manufacture i was told by them u can charge it only through computer once u connect your player u have to switch on. i also follow the same but still it is not charging properly. also i am facing another problem it seems all butten system look like stop butten. i am facing these days once i switch it on it stopped immediately. u can help me. how i can get rid of this problem. pls let me know or anyonle else.

haha.. definitely agree.. mine charges.. came with its own charger. my problem is that i think i accidentally pressed something while transferring songs, and all the memory just got blocked! the memory is still occupied but i couldn’t listen to any of the songs.. can anyone help me?

i also just got minmi mp4 player... the song or video only play for 3 to 5 minutes and then it said goodbye... i changed the settings again and again but it still stops after 3-5 minutes.... whats the problem with this minmi mp4 player?

Mine is worst case.... It keeps restarting every now and then.
Also takes hell lot of time to get started
I think this is the worst MP4 player I’ve ever seen in my life.

I have one of these minmi mp4 players as well and I have 1 query hopefully someone out there can help me out.

I need to get it running on my pc in the office running on windows 98. Does anyone have any idea where i could get the driver for that? I’ve gone through the cd that came with it. Doesn’t look like it has the driver.

If u can’t access it means that it is corrupted. So u have reformat it. When Reformatting make sure that the file System is FAT.



did u change the sleep and off mode? if u already did then go talk to ur dealer.



I think that if u leave ur minmi connected to the computer for a while it will recognize the minmi, then u can start putting songs in. That was wat happened to me.

I got a problem. My minmi turned bright all the sudden and i don’t know how to turn it back to down. So i can’t watch my videos. Also, does anyone know how to upgrade the firmware?

ya i have tried putting it in my laptop but it wont charge!!!i have let it sit there plugged into my laptop for two days while it was on and it still wont charge???????? can anyone help me????????

Rubbish mp4. Can transfer music but not videos. The software crashed my Norton anti virus!!! Battery sometimes charges. Got it in Malaysia so I can’t send it back.The sound is pretty crap as well. Buy QUALITY in future not cheapness.

When you try to charge your mp4,first you put your USB in mp4 and then in your computer.I tried it at my mp4 and it worked(I have a MP4 with touch screen 4 G I hope that you’ll use my advise! Good bye!
