Hello all,

I have multiple AVI files that I would like to be written to DVD. I have read over a lot of information on this site as well as others, so I will not be needing the whole rundown.

Basically I know how to correct my VBR audio encoding, encode the multiple AVI’s into the right format, and start the authoring process.

My only problem is that I have never done anything with menus and chapters before. So basically what I want to do is have a menu that has each of the seperate converted files as selections to view when I select them. Something like episodes. Either that, or possibly just have it play and have each chapter be a different file that I converted.

Hopefully this makes sense to someone....

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

The video converter I use for a very long time is VSO ConvertX to DVD a one click type and very fast. I’m not saying this is the only one but is very user friendly. Has Authoring included and you can add your avi files one by one and to adjust the menu from background picture to details about each file. Also you can create more pages in your menu if you have a lot of files. Also you may include the subs automatically just keep the sub file in the same folder or directory with avi. The trial version has some limitations and watermark your dvd also VSO logo is permanent. On retail version you can remove the logo and there is no watermark.Check this site for dvd tools or video editors http://www.softarchive.net/
