quick27 Guest | If using quote number two doesn’t help as it didn’t on my computer u can try going to downloads.com type in directshow decoder in the search box and the click on the Windows Essential Media codec Pack 1 and download it. Just follow the instructions. That should work. It worked on my compuer no prob. Hope that helps anyone that wasn’t getting any results with the other advice.

I did a reinstall but still keep getting the same message.

Thanks. Now I am able to see the movie. I downloaded MPEG decoder012 but that did not work but this link really worked for me.
