Shrek 2- can hear it but cant see it??????

hey i have downloaded shrek 2 but i cant see it i can only hear it.. do i need a special codec or something....can you please help me??

yea dude, you need the correct codec to get them to work correctly...although sometimes when the files are made they are not done right...i had the same prob with several files i had and found some divix codecs that solved the problem...had to try 3 different versions to get it right if i remember correctly
