Help With Pics In Premiere Pro

Hi, I imported a lot of pictures into Pro but when I place it on the timeline the the pics won’t fit. They’re either stretched too much or cropped. Either way they don’t look the way I intended them too. I’ve tried using the video effects but I need the entire image to show up not just part of it. Thanks in advance.

i dont have now premiere installed but i can tell u that in one section of the preferences or options i dont remmember where there is a checkbox u need to unmark or mark. that checkbox is about resizing the pictures. if u want i can help u and try to guide u through the icq my icq # is 220605546
