Need some help with burning DVD's

Hey guys, I need some help. I just purchased a DVD burner and I downloaded the “DVD Copy Pro” off the internet to burn my DVD’s. However, it still says that the DVD is protected and I can’t burn it. Is there any software I can get to get rid of this? It would be helpful if you email your response to my email address at Minifubs9er@aol.com.
