how to use Alcohol 120%

Hi there,
would anyone who knows how to use the Alcohol 120% program Please help me out.

I’m trying to install visual studio.Net in my pc,I’ve got the program saved in one of my computer drives,-its not on cd.A friend suggested that i use alcohol 120% to install it but i don’t know how to.If i may add the Alcohol 120% is also save in my computer.
