My mp3 player device is dead because of wrong firmware upgrade.Mp3 player upgrade tool is now showing recovery mode. However, I have lost the recovery firmaware file during reinstallation of the mp3 player software.
I tried other available firmware versions to recover my mp3 player, but they are invalid. i tried the cd package that was along with it but it doesnt work.KINDLY HELP ME ........
