.rar file containing .iso trouble

hello, I have a .rar file that when I open with winrar it shows an .iso file about 4.7GB in size. Since I deleted the .00 to .xx rar files (were joined with mastersplitter), I am having trouble extracting the .rar file to get the .iso file (4.7Gcool. I have tried convertiing the .rar. to .iso by renaming the extension and using winiso, but the iso from that only contains 499 Mb. any help? thx
