I made a file (a couple, actually) about a year ago. It’s 126megs and I used mpeg4 codec to code this dern thing.
It worked great...more than great.
Well as time went by, I have done some file juggling and deleting and reinstalling for various reasons.
As far as I can tell mpeg4 v1 and v2 are installed...they are there when I use Premiere and they are there in the file info screen (using Video Toolbox Utility).
NOW, though, the file plays “jerky”...skipping frames...no longer smooth. This file contains my computer animation demos, so it’s important.
Any codec gurus out there...your services are required!
