Premiere/Vegas codecs issues

Everytime i try and export a video on vegas or premiere i get error messages. Vegas for example:

This was using the latest XviD codec. These sort of erorrs appear on premiere too. I can load up the xvid program itself via the programs list. These errors occur with WMV and Divx too. I thought it was down to one of those 50+meg plus codec packs but i removed them and installed Divx/Xvid individually and i’m getting the same errors. Any suggestions would be a great relief
