NERO IMAGE DOWNLOAD

Hi,i downloaded Kill Bill vol2. frome a site and the format was Nero image(cd burning programe). so played it whit d-tools wich is a virtual cd rom.So the movie palys and i see the video but thers no sound.How can i get the sound to work i dont know what codec i need sence i cant use videotoolbox for it since its a nero image file.

ps: its like 4gb and its something like .rar but i cant open it whit winrar
