Hi. I have just purchased a new computer with new sound card etc and all my previously captured video files are cracking badly when I play them. If I look at the properties of these files they were recorded with MPeg Layer 2. It seems that I have some incompatability now. I have the Fraunhofer Audio Codec for MPeg Layer III. Is this Codec not compatible with Mpeg Layer 2? What do I do? Can you help?
