.gz file that doesn't extract

SO, i know the first thing you would say is that the file is damaged. it’s not. its a brand new, fully functional cd. the cd is proprietary and ONLY plays on the player that it is printed for. i’ve worked on this for 20+ hours to get it cracked, and on all of these cds, i’ve isolated the music section to be put in a .gz file. does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get it to extract. i don’t think it is a gzip file because no extractor on the internet will extract. it has a CRC error most of the time. could it just be renamed? this is a Profusion X Gold cd if you were wondering. also, its a DVD and has about 2:40 of music on it in 4 files.

any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
