MPEG4 can't be played in Itunes

Hi im downloading an album using bittorrent, downloading now is stucked at 95%, though the songs that have been downloaded can’t be played in itunes, when i try to convert those songs to mp3 format the files can’t be recognized by any converter too. anyone knows who? thanks in advance.

well, the file should be completely downloaded, otherwise no converter can recognized it.
