Eric Guest | Hi, I’m a rookie at this, and just bought Ulead VideoStudio6.
I can capture video, but there is no sound. I have a Canon ZR80, and the sounds plays through fine on the camcorder, and my computer speakers work. I’ve been through the control panel to ensure the line-in levels were selected and turned up.
For some reason, I cannot select Capture Audio under the Options menu when I’m on the Capture Screen.
Does anyone have any clue why I cannot get any audio? Thanks in advance for the help.
Eric

wayneenterprises Guest | Hey there. Unfortunately, I do not have a solution for you. What I DO have is a Canon ZR80 camcorder and a pretty high tech computer with a firewire card that I can’t seem to even figure out how to capture the video to my computer, sound or no. I have Adobe Premiere on my computer. I have the firewire cable. WHAT DO I DO??? When I plug it in, my computer never detects it. Stop me if I sound too dumb to justify owning this equipment, but I turn the camera to PLAY mode and plug it in, right? Nothing works. Is there some secret setting that nobody bothered to tell me about? Any input would help! Thanks!
