My MPeg one preset is not correct. I need the default/standard settings for an MPeg-1 video with audio for Adobe Premiere Pro Media encoder.

Are you creating VCD’s? If so, these are the settings for standard compliant MPEG1:

NTSC (MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)

NTSC Film (MPEG-1 352x240 23.976fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)

PAL (MPEG-1 352x288 25fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)

TMPGEnc’s a very good tool for working with MPEG1 video.
