takujei Guest | Well, i don’t know is this helps you people, but my mp3 player didn’t work this morning, i checked well and i noticed that my pc didn’t recognize it, and it told me that my mp3 player wasn’t formatted, what i did was to install the mp3 player utilities 3.68 that came within the install cd, and then, i went to start/all programs/mp3 player utilities 3.68/mp3 player disk tool
then my settings were:
format type: quick
make bootable disk: (i didn’t use this)
And check the tab “partition and encrypt”(for those whom their mp3 player seems to have a loss of memory and now you seem to have less space than before)check that the
“setting encrypted disk capacity” is at 0%, then just click the “Start” button. And voila. The mp3 works! at least it did for me, the bad thing is as it was a “format” i lost all the things i had inside the player  but luckily it works perfectly now at least.
I hope this helped some of you, as i didn’t see many answers in this forum i wrote this, good luck!!
