I had recently gotten an mp3/mp4 of my own in mexico and now it will turn on for a sec then turn off, i dunno wheither i should recharge it or what. Please help

circle Guest | i have a SONY mp3 player. i think it’s a fake. the problem is that it is no longer recognized by any pc. i used it at an public internet cafe and it got disconnected from pc itself,i.e. the pc could not detect it. when i test another mp3 at that internet cafe, this mp3 became undetected too but it has self-format function and i formatted it. then it works well. the first mp3 does not have self-formatting function and it is no longer detected by any pc. why did this happen? what should i do? please help me.

Entree Rep: 0 Joined: 16 Jul 2007 Posts: 7 OFFLINE | Hello every one - I have bought a new mp4 player (chaina Made) of 4GB when i check the memory on my PC it shows 3.99GB empty, but i can only copy 250mb of songs, I can copy more songs than that,but those songs will not be played, the i-pod will get restarted.. can any1 help me out please?? if I upgrade the firmware,this problem will be solved???
