Now I want to put the video files into the computer to edit (like add cool effects and cut-ins and stuff). So I looked at one of the other forums, and I got the program to convert the .vob (which is the file from the mini DVD) to mpg. However, none of the mpgs work on Windows Movie Maker except for one that is very cheap squality and resolution is very small.
Is there any other way to edit those files without losing the quality of the video, as well as keep the little segments as little segments (and not as a whole movie)?
I’d appreciate any help and tips in editing the mini DVD files in general. thanks!

Because Nero 6 express is included with my camcorder and people say that you can use Nero 6 to take out the files in the mini DVD, up to this date, I still don’t know how to...
Anyone got any ideas?
