i suggest you use ISOBuster to extract a bin/cue movie or any other type of bin/cue file..iggh man

When you use IsoBuster, use
"... filter M2F2 mpg frames” and not the normal extraction method. IsoBuster detects true (S)VCD and does “Extract raw and convert to user data” automatically in the background (which leaves non mpg frames in, but this too works for most mpg players) but many discs are not “true” (S)VCD.
