RMVB to AVI... with sync problem

Hi all, I wanted to convert a rmvb file to avi so that i can burn it to disk to watch it on my dvd player. I was introduced to winavi and it work well till I open the converted file and find out that the audio and video do not sync. I don’t have the problem on the rmvb file.

Do I need any codecs or is there anyway I can rectify the problem?

Any help will be much appreciated...

If the source file can be played perfectly,that may be the codec problem.You can try to install a k-lite codec.
