RMVB to AVI... with sync problem

Hi all, I wanted to convert a rmvb file to avi so that i can burn it to disk to watch it on my dvd player. I was introduced to winavi and it work well till I open the converted file and find out that the audio and video do not sync. I don’t have the problem on the rmvb file.

Do I need any codecs or is there anyway I can rectify the problem?

Any help will be much appreciated...

If the source file can be played by WMP, maybe there is something wrong with the codecs on your PC. You can download a K-Lite package from

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

Also, if you convert AVI files, make sure your DIVX codec is the latest version.
