Playback on DVD after burning is slow and not smood

I made an movie (holiday) with sound and affects with the progran Ulead Video Studio 6. Then i burned it to DVD, but it doesn’t play well. It doesn’t go smoodly. It seems as if my DVDplayer can’t follow.

Does anybody know what is wrong?
