I’m currently trying to convert some .MKV files into .AVI so i can burn them to dvd. Using VirtaulDubMod v.1.5.10.2, i have discovered that there are two audio streams, one in english (the one i want to use) and one in japanese (it’s anime). however, no matter what i seem to choose for options, i cannot get any audio at all when i go to “file-save." Can anyone give me a hand or point me in the right direction on this?

there’s a program call mkv extractor, that’s the one I use to extract the video and audio files. Good luck!!!

you separate the audio from the video into seperate files, and then recombine them? interesting. do you happen to know the site where i can get that from? I’m really hoping it’s a free legit download...
