I’m putting together a 30 second commercial for a client.... I’m building the file in after effects and need the final file to play on a dvd (any dvd player) what format should i render the clip to?
.mov, .avi. mpeg. etc. so that they wont have any problems playing the clip on their dvd player.

any help would be kewl.....

Peace!

Well, if you’re doing it for a client I think he deserves the best quality his money could buy. If it’s only 30 seconds long use avi uncompressed and use later tmegenc to obtain the audio and video files(m2v and mp2), then you can authore it using any free dvd authoring program that let you add menues, captions or whatever you want.
