Very frustrated. All I want to do is convert my MOI into WMV so I can email some family videos. I downloaded SUPER. When I drag my video into the SUPER program it gives me an error something about “bounds." I am not that technologically literate. But, I know I don’t need to put into a producer. I just want to convert MOI to WMVA. ANy help would be appreciated.

After you convert the file you will most likely be able to import your movie and play it on wmp but when you drag it into the time line of movie maker you will hear but not see it. If this is true then download the codec pack below

StickMaker Guest | Ladyhawke, you said... “If anyone else has a problem, let me know and I can walk you through it."
Well, that was a very looooong time ago. Are you still in the mood to help an old man process his MOD files?

Azz Guest | Just get a programme that will handle .MOD and be done with it (Premier Elements)...save yourself a lot of hassle...

Stepppy Guest | I have recently purchased a Canon FS100 Camcorder which record to SD card in the MOD format. I can get them into Vista Moviemaker by changing the extention to MPEG, but when I do the video is a stretched 4:3 shape instead of a true 16:9 - It plays the same way in Windows Media Player too.
The video is the correct aspect in the supllied Pixela 3 SE software that came with the cam, but it so bad to use. Stangely you still have the change the file extention in that too.
Help greatly appreciated to get 16:9 displaying in Vista Movie maker.
Thanks in advance.

Srinivaskris Guest | Hi,
What is the use of .MOI files along with .MOD files in JVC HD vedio camera?
If I play back my camera in TV, it displays date and time. But if I copy to computer, the date and time is not displaying. Any idea, what is the issue?
