I don't know how to get my R00 files to work

I’m new to torrent downloading and i downloaded a file that is an R00. I’ve looked at other posets on this site and that didnt help and i also downloaded Winrar but no help....any ideas?

you can use winrar to unzip the file and see what format it is encoded in
