lp I got ripped on ebay and bought what was supposed to be third generation silver nano 4 GB. It is a really good nock off it even has a reall apple serial number i sent apple thinking that it was broke. The disk that came with it wont load in my pc. I dont know what firm ware even means yet alone what i need. I need some serious help. apple said that it would hold music and videos and games and pics but i just want to put music on it.
