i have a chinese model of ipod nano
Model no:A1137 and serial no:6u342ezyvqk
and whenever i put my songs or videos and try to play it the screnn just says “format error”
someone please help. if i need any driver installation plz recommend and send me an email telling me how to fix it or any drivers i need!

my mp4 player can’t be detected by the pc. there is no problem with the pc’s usb. it must be my mp4 hardware or firmware...pls help me fix it.

I have and mp4 player and need the install disk for it so I can load music, pictures and videos. I bought it on ebay in January 07, never used it. It has 2GB and no seriel no. its from Hong Kong it says on the back tip3 tip 4 could be atip?

I have a problem with my mp4, I tried to recover the memory loss of my mp4, when I reformatted it, the memory went down from 2 GB to 104 MB, I saw a couple of suggestions in google on how to get back my 2 GB memory, it says to upgrade my mp4 with the same firmware my mp4 is using, I found a firmware at s1mp3.org with the same description as my mp4’s current firmware, I used it and upgraded my mp4 with the firmware, the upgrade was successful but when I looked at my mp4, there was only a static image there, I tried to reformat my mp4 but now it doesn’t connect to my pc. anyone know what to do?
