i thought i was buying an i-pod from the u.s. instead i got a fake (an lg mp4 player) i own a mac. nothing happens when i plug it in.
it’s firmware version is: 1S316v5k2 cm50012 ACT_V9.0.50
what can i do to get it to work...or am i just screwed?

i accidentally deleted all files on it. it now does not do anything but play music. i tried to manually put videos in it but it cant read it even though i converted it to mpeg4 format i lost my cd so if you can help me out please. my email is

I have iPod nano apple 8Gb but has a lot of problems on it :S its 8Gb but read only 1Gb, radio wont start and on 26-27th song it restarts...what is this ? how can i fix this please help me!!!

all those who have lost their original memory by formating .if u hav removed a backup copy of your original firmware try by upgrading with the same firmware to your chinese mp3 player really it happened to me try it!!!!!!111

I have IPod nano of 4gb. it version LKD51031V2 CM60026 2007/01/12 ACT_V3.5.37 My problem is that ,, MY PLAYERS WAS OF 4 GB,, BEFORE SOME TIME I HAVE FORMATTED THE DEVICE FROM THE SOFTWERE MP3 PLYERS DISK TOOLS DUE TO THIS THE CAPACITY WAS AUTOMATICLLY DECRESED AND THEN IT BECAME ONLY 256 MB. AND ONE MORE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE THE FULL SCREEN VIDEO CLIPS PLEASE REPLY MY PROBLEMS load more than 11 folders.... when I copy the 12th folder I get a file named like “USB” etc and it is not detected in the IPod... Please help
