Flori Guest | Hello. My name is Flori and my problem is this: I was using Helix Producer Plus 9 to record some meetings.
Unfortunately, someone turned off the computer by unpluging it, and instead of having a file named “meet.rm”, I have a file named
temp_CNgeECsBkkmo-KJuzQy5Ww==.tmp
It has more than 230 MB, so I think it must have something usefull in it.
How can I recover this file?
I can not open it with Helix Editor. But I hope there must be a way to properly end this file, or to repair it, because unpleasant events like this one must have happened before.
