HELP!! Compress movie clips to memory cards

I am trying to compress some clips saved on my PC over to my phone using a memory card. I know there is a compressor that can do that, but which one??? help!

you can simply convert those clips into 3gp or mp4 files,as for the converter, many soft are out there ,such as xilisoft 3gp video converter, or lenogo 3gp converter are all recommendable
