That’s the divx 5 codec.
Go here
http://www.divx.com/divx/
then scroll down to where it says
Standard DivX Codec(FREE)
and download that. That’s the one without the adware/spyware (it’s kind of hidden in the page).

They changed it. It’s divx 6 now, so just get the play bundle.
