How can I convert iso or img of DVDR to mpeg and burn it to VCD

Iso is an image file and can not be converted the way it is.If you have a dvdr use the DVD Decrypter and load the file on your pc or if you have the iso already on pc use any iso tool to open the file and extract the mpeg .(Magiciso,Isobuster,Ultraiso etc)Once you have the mpeg use a video converter and convert it to VCD or SVCD and burn it.Using any virtual drive software or Daemon Tools or VLC player you may watch the iso on pc with no extraction.

if u do wanna save the files on a vcd, you can try xilisoft dvd ripper to directly convert it into .vob ( format of vcd), just a click~~
