I have been using the WINAVI 7.5, and now upgraded to 7.6. It was working perfectly fine, until once when I try to convert my RM files to VCD/SVCD/MPEG, an error always pops out (“WINAVI.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close”wink. This error won’t occur if I convert to DVD or AVI. I have installed K-Lite codec, real & quicktime codecs too. I have tried uninstalling everything, including the codecs, and then install them again, but it still won’t work. I even tried installing v7.5 again, but it didn’t work too.
If anybody who knows what’s wrong, can you please tell me? I really like this program a lot, and I really hope I can use it again.
Thanks so much!

I think the best way is you email to support@winavi.com,they may help you solve that.
Afer all they are developers.

some guys have stumbled on problems with winavi,so i suggest you try xilisoft video converter, it enables batch conversion and supports conversion between all the formats you’ve mentioned,i’ve been using it for a long time and it works smoothly~~
