The Gigashadow Guest | Hi
I downloaded an .avi file (Which has only been made in the last 48 hours) and have had problems playing it. When i try and play said file i get only audio, Media player says it is trying to download the codec to play the video but then says it got an error downloading the codec.
After this i used GSpot to find the type of codec i need and it said the codec you need is NOT installed, Seems the codecs 4cc is vp62 and the name is unknown. I have tryed everything i can think of with no luck and was hoping one of you good people could help!
My email is jmreviews@primus.com.au
Thanks in advance The Gigashadow.

judi Guest | I downloaded vp6 and g-spot. Now I don’t get the codec error anymore but it still has no video. Ultimately, I want to convert the avi file to a wmv file. Any ideas?

skoshi Guest | I get an error message when trying to view a video. It says to download codec “130”. I can’t find out how to do that.
