problem with real player

I am having truoble using real player it never works GOD knows y? well i was wondering is there any way i u could convert my ram files to some other format to hear thoes audios. If there is some way lemme know. Just to remind my real player does not work so I cannot even record the ram files to other format using some software

You could try playing RAM files using Real Alternative:

It may be better to use.
