XviD problem

hey everyone,
i was wondering if anyone can help me. I ripped a dvd with DVDx version 2.2 and encoded it in XviD. After it’s done, everything works fine on my computer. It has high quality picture and sound. But the problem arises when i play the file on another computer other than mine. Even though those computers have the necessary codecs installed on them, i.e. XviD codec, they play the movie file but then it plays slow on it like “slow motion." (specification for this computer which plays the video slow is P4, 512 MB RAM, 2.6Ghz, DELL). Help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
