ASF video files

Hi!
I have a problem playing ASF video files. I can only play them, from the start to the end, I cannot “seek”. So I cannot e.g. play certain scene in the movie, I have to wait until it the movie gets there.
I’m using Windows Media Player 10.
So if you are familiar with my problem, and now solution, or some other player that can seek through .asf files, please help.
