, I’m trying to watch an .avi file that I downloaded. It’s encoded with DivX 5.0 codec (checked it through gspot), and i have the Combined Community Codec Pack and the full DivX bundle installed. It runs perfectly fine through Windows Media Player, but then I run it through VLC media player and the video gets choppy at some parts while the audio stays fluid. Would anyone know the cause of this? I would like to be able to use VLC only and not have to switch back and forth to Windows Media Player. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks so much
