Hi, my videos don’t appear all i see is a grey screen but i hear the audio fine. PLEASE COULD ANYONE HELP ME BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SOLOVE THIS PROBLEM 4 WEEKS AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT A CODEC IS LOL!!!
